The Basics

  • Reserving directly with BentoLiving

    Booking directly on our website allows you the most reservation flexibility. Pre-payment isn’t required to guarantee your reservation unless you’re taking advantage of some book direct offers or packages.

  • Check in/out time

    Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. We are always happy to securely hold your belongings while you explore the city.

  • Early arrival/late departures

    Both can be accommodated depending on availability. A small fee may apply. We are always happy to securely hold your belongings while you explore the city.

  • Guaranteed reservations & deposits

    You must provide a credit card at the time of booking in order to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged at reservation time. If you are forced to cancel, you must do so more than 24 hours before check-in time to avoid a 1-night room and tax charge.

  • Cancellations

    You must cancel at least 24 hours before the 3pm check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 1-night room and tax charge.

  • Smoking

    BentoLiving Chestnut Hill is a smoke-free building.

  • Quiet hours

    For the respect of neighbors, we prohibit loud noise after 10pm.

  • Are extra beds available?

    Unfortunately, due to fire codes, we can’t offer additional beds. Please reserve a 2-5 multi-bedroom suite if you’ll need additional beds.

  • Do you have recommended things to do?

    Our staff is happy to provide information about Chestnut Hill or the adjacent Wedgewood Houston neighborhood. Ask at the front desk for a full list of nearby recommendations. We also love to entertain you on-site.

    Whether you are traveling for work, pleasure, or something in between, our thoughtfully designed spaces are curated to make you feel right at home. All our guests have access to state-of-the-art appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a high-quality, flat-screen cable TV.     Bento Chestnut Hill offers nightly rates up to 30 days. For reservations over 30 days, you’ll be offered a discounted monthly rate. Check our offers page for the most up-to-date direct booking discounts.

  • What is the BentoLiving housekeeping schedule?

    Guests staying longer than 30 days receive two deep cleans per month. For guests staying less than 30 days, light-touch service is offered on the 3rd day of your stay, with a deep clean service on the 7th day of your stay. Additional cleanings are available on request.

  • Are there full kitchens in all rooms?

    All units come with fully furnished kitchens. Kitchen essentials include multifunctional kitchenware and utensils, including Japanese steel chef knives. Feel at home immediately with included cooking and cleaning essentials including, coffee, tea, and dish detergents.

  • How do I enter the room?

    Secure access cards make entry seamless. Access your room through our main Lobby as well as resident only access points as a quick short cut.

  • Is parking included?

    Self parking is $38 per night. Valet parking is available for an additional fee on weekends.

  • Can I bring my pets?

    Absolutely! We are pet friendly. There is a pet fee due upon arrival. Pet fee is $20 per day per pet with a $200 max pet fee.

  • Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

    Yes, we have ADA-compliant accommodations available for our guests.

  • What is your gun policy?

    Guns are not permitted on our property.
